This year at Design Festival in Prague agreed on showing us bathrooms, jacuzzis, and lights, which were hanging at the last years´s Design Blog as well.
This year was absolutely more successful, than the last year. Sadly, it wasn´t that much interactive, but you could at least breathe properly at the exhibition. I´ve already accepted the fact, that the Design Blog kind of lost its personal alternativness and support of the young designing artists.
I really adored the focus on kids this year- they actually had a fancy place, where to play (thanks to IKEA, which delivered its fluffy animals). The hostesses, who were put in front of the exhibition spots, to present a company were a more likely tragic. They literally had no idea what is going on with the products, they were paid by to be just a fancy decoration.
Prize for the best marketing concept wins Heineken beer. They support a new James Bond film premiere, but also when you shared a selfie in the center of Heineken´s "design" maze on Instagram, you got a free beer and printed selfie on a polaroid paper (and the hipsters celebrate).
