Týden plný úrazů, škobrtnutí a zamračených obočí. Prostě se nedařilo a nebylo to lehké. Když máte jasnou vizi, která krásně zapadá do malování si budoucnosti a ta se ihned před vámi smaže, jde to z kopce dolů...
Week full of struggling, clumsing, tripping and grumpy eyebrows. The happy vision of the educational future from success was just not simply there. When you have a dream, which smoothly follows your motivations and than it all of a sudden blacks out, it just all goes down the hill...
Never ending days full of busy running around the school halls, finishing my administrative communication and searching for new rooms in my new timetable was last week enough. The worst thing is, when you think that the teacher´s and administration´s offices communicate between each other but they litterally don´t. None of them have a clue what is going on. So than you just keep waiting after sending way too many embarrasing amounts of e-mails to the professors, so you might actually see your test that you have screwed up....But of course I´ve waited long enough and I got what I needed.
This week was full of chasing the professors, make them to show me, what I´ve done wrong in my tests, so I might be actually prepared the next time.
When I´ve looked at my previous answers, when sober (which means that I did not have any coffein flowing in my bloodstream, as I had when I was writing the test) I was forced to admit that you can´t never go around the question without knowing the answer and this was the smoothest example of a pure unknowledge or complete exhaustion.
Klasická trasa: hlavní náměstí, tulipány, sekáče, hranolky, coffeeshop, Red Light District a dokonce jsme to měly zpříjemněné i s náramnou vánoční výzdobou.
It really was a terrible weather. All of the after-school activities had been cancelled due the exams, which been written in a gym and I was forced to stick to the online yoga in my super galactic small room-ended with bruises all over the body. But it was finally a weekend and another visit from Prague-woohoo!
I´ve picked up my friend on Friday from the Schiphol airport, without hesitation we jumped on a train to the center of Amsterdam (yep, it is necessary, when you´re a Dutch beginner) and we seen everything what was necessary to see. The classical route: The main square, tulips, vintage shops, french fries, coffeeshop and Red Light District-all of this being already decorated with Christmas lights.
Večer to vyhrála hospoda a ochutnávka pěti piv.
In the Saturday morning I got up during the sound from a text message by my dad. There was a massacre in Paris. I jumped behind my laptop to do som more reasearch and I could not believe my own eyes, thought that I was still dreaming. And I´ve overslept this? It was incredible and inexplicable. It touched me very deeply and I was forced to think about it during the whole day. Didn´t know how to face it...it was a few kilometers away...
Anyway, everything was happening in the center of The Hague. It was raining the whole day and we´ve been walking in Primark, on the beach, the parliament... It was all so good and was delighted that we´ve seen everything touristically attractive.
In the evening we took over a pub and about five pints...I know I know. Especially when I started experiencing my very healthy habits and wanted to repair my liver-didn´t make it more easier...But hey, it was just once and when someone puts such a massive effort to fly to you-the reason is worth using it.
All of the days fly by so fast. There was a classic programme, happening on Sunday, which was a visit of colourful Delft and the other side of the beach, which I absolutely love- Kijkduin. I love it because you really can´t suit this part to any country in the whole Europe. Because of a super strong wind, we could not hold on way too long on the beach, so we´ve hidden ourselves in the beach café.
There was so many lovely Christmas decorations in Delft already. We actually also found a brand new tea shop with the absolutely best tea ever. I´ve never drunk anything so good before (macadamian nut, dry fruits and cinnamon). The tea was made for the St. Nichola´s day.
We´ve also experienced very interesting Dutch tradition, organizied mostly for the kids. Adults are dressing up like Santa´s helpers, who have completely black faces. The legend says, that it is apparently because of them slipping through the chimney. But the European Union wants to abandon this tradition, because it has "signs of racism".
