We´ve been drinking tea for quite a lot of centuries now. Since the Tang´s dynasty in China and later all around the whole Asia, tea had been a medical and meditation source of health. Later, tea have been consumed on a daily basis without the necessity of feeling ill or spirtually unfilled. And it became a trend. These days, the tea (not beer, not coke) is still the most drinkable liquid in the whole world. But how to actually recognize, taste and prepare the teas?
Sběr/The harvest
The tea in the 21st century grows almost all around the whole world. In UK, Scotland, New Zealand, America, Tasmania...The tea might grow 16 metres high, but the shortest plants, which forks, owns the best quality. To grow and harvest your own tea, you need to prepare the earth three years in advance in a very humid and hot environment, which is situated super high. Only the top leafs are being collected and the growth is complete.
Bílý čaj/ White tea
Bílý čaj roste nejraději v Číně, Nepálu, Taiwanu a Indii.
Some people say, that the White tea, is not an actual tea- because of its growth and harvest. The leafs of the white tea are being collected, when very young and dried right afterwards.
White tea grows the best in places like China, Nepal, Taiwan or India. Not fully unbloomed leafs, which are dry and put into a warm water, produce a little bit of a white-creamy coloring.
For not burning all of the white tea´s minerals and vitamins, it is necessary to boil the water under 75 celsia. You might recognize it by watching the kettle and its very first steam coming out of it.
White tea is extremely beneficial as an antioxidant, helps to prevent any cardiovascular diseases, supports the skin cells and destroys an infections in your body.
Několik firem do sáčků přidává jedovaté chemikálie.
The green tea is very well known, because of its Asian roots, which are being reflected in its culture as well. In Japan it has a very big value as a product. Most people prepare their food with green tea (matcha) and drink it more than a pure water. This tea is my very favourite.
The green tea is grown in many different or combined ways (jasmine tea), because it might taste slightly different, but its benefits are the same as an original one.
It is literally pumped with antioxidants, which benefits your whole body. It repares all damaged cells in your body and it supports the brain activity, such as memory or ageing. It also prevents you to become anxious or having a depression. Green tea protects your teeth and says no to any kind of diabetes.
Green tea still contains a coffein, so it is not recommended to drink it before you go to bed! You might need to be careful with the branding as well-it is always better to pick a tea with the best quality, as some of the companies add to the teabags a toxic chemicals.
Green tea should be prepared, when the kettle vibrates and steams a little bit-that is about 85 celsium.
Černý čaj / Black tea
Stavební kámen, plný kofeinu, který už v této fázi konkuruje se silnou kávou a přesto varnou konvici nenecháte běžet až do úplného konce.
Černý čaj je energetickým výbuchem a prochází mnohem delší oxidací, než zelený a bílý čaj. Tlumí hladinu cholesterolu v krvi a zabrání mrtvici.
-It is the most essential drink that you might already get at school´s caffeteria, or take it with you in a flask, when cold. Black tea is very famous in English culture-it is reflected in a stereotyped tradition-having a tea at 5. The Brits love to add some drops to the tea to stimulate its powerful taste.
The black tea is an energetic explosion, which competes with a caffeine in a coffee-but yet you don´t leave the kettle to boil until the end and prepare the black tea at 95 degrees. It prevents you away from stroke and lowers down cholesterol in your bloodstream.
