Until you won´t start working there and see the whole background/ behind the scenes stage. You cannot judge. Customer in KFC sees the only main thing: the food, that includes much more work than you can imagine.
- NO mushrooms, no worms, no bugs....seriously, all of those products that restaurant gets again the next morning, it really is fresh- actually you might be shocked, but also from LOCAL producers! That´s why KFC helps to support economy in the country.
- Those cashiers that are preparing your order are not something less than you think. Sometimes you might be really surprised how clever and smart people are being helpful smiling at you, while you think how unimportant they are when they have a job "just" in KFC.
- The chicken is not wrapped in corn flakes (haha try a pure flour)
- KFC is divided into sectors and each sector is super importants to make the restaurant work. All of those sectors need to communicate with each other. If kitchen won´t fry a chicken, service cannot prepare you a Twister and cashier cannot satisfy nervous customer.
- People working there need to have a special list that approves them to manipulate with food and that they´re not sick or they don´t have any infection. So don´t worry those hands that prepare your meal were accepted by the doctors.
- Every each night people end up working in restaurant around 12 o´clock because KFC has specific standards that say the whole kitchen, cashier area, service area must be completely clean. Manager controls everything and will let go people home, only when it really is perfectly clean. So don´t worry, all of those machines, where the meal is cooked/fried it is always perfectly clean.
